About the event

We believe that open, honest dialogue between diverse communities is a crucial tool in bringing about positive change. In light of the recent Jayland Walker controversy, we want to provide a safe space where youth from the Akron area can discuss openly and learn about cultural awareness. Our goal is to promote healthy attitudes and actions that enthusiastically embrace the image of God found in every individual.

We would love for your youth group to join us in this important discussion. If you're interested in participating, please reach out to Pastor Ryan Avery at ryan@swagakron.org.

Date: Monday, May 3 Location: REACH Opportunity Center, 390 W Crosier St, Akron, OH 44311 Time: 5:30 PM - 7:00 PM

Dinner: Pizza, Veggie Tray, Mysterious Fruit Punch, and a Delicious Dessert

Let's work together to create a better future for our community. We look forward to seeing you there!
